Fiber

Shredded Foam
Shredded foam pillows are usually made from lumpy, leftover foam sold in large quantities to pillow manufacturers. You never know what you’re getting.
Molded Foam
Extremely dense and with a feel that is dependent on the temperature in your room, molded foam pillows also usually have a stiff skin that inhibits breathability.

Have been using it for the past few weeks now and must say it's done wonders to my back! Recommend it to anyone who's worried about posture and wants a good night sleep with a straight back.
